Watercolor Nation - Spring 2012 Preschool Photos!

I am excited to announce the theme of this spring's preschool photos - Watercolor Nation!  A nation of  daydreams and whimsy.  Inspired by artwork featured in this spring's product line, "Watercolor by SP Design", I have been gathering inspiration over these past winter months all in preparation for an amazingly colorful, whimsical spring shoot!  Here is the inspiration board I'm compiled:

Sample photos for the 2011 Fall Preschool collection are finally done!  Sorry they just display girls...my son's not much into posing for me these days, especially on Saturdays when he can play Lego Star Wars on the Wii (his time is coming...)!  I'll explain some things as you peruse the following photos...

These photos not only display the world's most meltiest wrinkled-up-nose giggle but they also display the color and new "silver" options that at least two of your child's photos will come in.

This photo displays the new Storyboard that will be offered on the order form this season.  A collection of all (or most) of your child's photos from his or her session with me that will be printed in an 8x8 size, UV sprayed for extra protection and mounted on a maple color standout (comes ready to hang or display on photo stand).   This is also an option for the (also) all new Fabric Wall Cling that will be on the order form...

Can't wait to get started photographing your children at their schools this fall - this session should be a lot of fun!

Two week countdown 'til the first preschool of the fall school season!!  Are you ready?!

Head over Heels, Falling into Autumn!

Yes I know it's still , like, what? 100 degrees outside!! But I'm dying inside for fall weather - for a crisp, cool breeze tangling my hair and scarlet-colored leaves sprinkling my yard and a hot pumpkin spice latte warming my tummy and a little nutmeg and cinnamon tickling my nose....do you get the picture???  And it doen't help that my mind is completely geared on autumn for the fall 2011 preschool pictures!  Here are some photo updates of the craftiness going on in my house getting props ready for their closeups!
