How Many Schools Do You Take Per Season?

I only take 3 small to medium sized schools per season (fall and spring).  I am pretty much a one-woman show and prefer to take on a limited amount of work in order to offer true one-on-one, personal attention to each client.

Why Do You Charge an Up Front Deposit and How Much Is It?

Your deposit ensures your spot on the calendar as well as covers overhead costs of materials and time of photographer on day(s) of photoshoot(s).  Deposit price will vary with school size and/or number of enrolled students.  Contact us for a price quote.  

Do You Offer Sibling Photos?

YES! This is something not a lot of school photographers offer and I am happy to accomodate student siblings.  If you have a sibling that does NOT attend the school, please contact me ahead of time to ensure a spot for their photos.

What Kind of Backdrops Do You Offer?

I am willing to work with any school's needs, however, I am an extremely art-driven person that chooses to custom create my own photographic atmospheres.  I also prefer to work outdoors as it provides some of the most beautiful settings and lighting!  I offer detailed looks per season and am also willing to work with any school with their specific wants.   

How Do Parents View Proofs?

Each class will receive an online password-protected gallery of their photos, each child being clearly labeled, so that parents can view, choose and mark their order forms with the photos of their choice.  This is also a neat way to share photos with family and friends before their prints arrive!

How Does Ordering Work?

I will provide order forms for the school to hand-out with which the parents then fill out upon viewing their child's class online gallery and then turn in by the deadline with their payment (cash or check). Within 1-2 weeks after deadline, orders will arrive and be brought to the school for parents to pickup.  Galleries will stay online for 3 months for any additional ordering at normal boutique pricing.

What's In It For Us?

Well, for one:  happy happy parents who have just received fun, beautiful photos of their adorable children and lovely class photos for you to display on your walls, websites, etc!!  Also, we include a school fundraising option that you can choose to take part in which offers a percentage of total print sales by deadline date back to the school!  Use this money earned to buy new books, toys or other materials for your facility!

NEW! "No Thanks" Feature:
Our new "No Thanks" option is designed to save precious time on both yours and our behalf!  A week or two in advance, simply pass out this opt-out form among your classrooms.  If a parent knows in advance that they do not/can not participate in school photos that particular season, they can "opt out".  Make copies if you have a multitude of classrooms.  When shoot day comes around, we'll know exactly who is getting photos done and who is not.
